This is a small business with a simple website. There is no account system, no newsletter and no contact form — the only way to reach us is the phone.

What we collect on this website

Nothing that identifies you. This site has no contact forms, no logins and no advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent or share information with data brokers or lead-generation companies.

What we collect when you call

To do the job we need your name, phone number, the address or location of the work, and a description of the lock, vehicle or safe involved. We keep a record of work performed so that the 12-month warranty can be honored, and because a licensed locksmith is expected to maintain service records.

Proof of ownership

We check identification and proof of ownership on every job. We verify these documents at the time of service and note that verification took place; we do not need to retain copies of your identification for routine work.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than where the law requires it. We do not sell customer information, and we do not pass your job to a third-party dispatcher — the company you call is the company that comes.
